Resources to prepare for the night
Hello Tabernacle families!
Thank you for registering your child to be a part of one or both Christmas Eve services this year. The kids’ portion of the Christmas Eve service will be simple, yet powerful. Kids and students will read passages to tell the story of Jesus’ birth. The kids and congregation will sing the first verse of several Christmas carols together. Then, the kids will lead a beautiful Christmas song entitled, “It’s About the Cross.”
Here are some links so your child can be familiar with the music:

We will sing the first verse of the following hymns. The links will take you to samples of these carols on YouTube. The lyrics will be on the screens and the congregation will sing along, so it’s okay if your child doesn’t know these well.
