Carroll
1. Where Are You Now (in Ministry and Life)?
The Carrolls are currently serving on the northeast coast of Brazil, in one of the country’s poorest states. Yet despite its material poverty, Brazil is rich in sending missionaries abroad — second only to the United States in the number of missionaries sent worldwide.
Todd and Erika are deeply involved in training and investing in future missionaries at their local seminary, which currently serves around 120 students.
•Todd teaches English, works with media, and assists with various seminary courses.
•Erika homeschools their children while also teaching, writing, and leading multiple seminary classes.
Their home has become a place of ministry — regularly hosting events, fellowship gatherings, and times of prayer. Both Todd and Erika are also pursuing advanced studies in cross-cultural missions, seeking to grow personally and better equip others for Gospel work.
2. Share a God Story
Recently, God opened an incredible door for Erika and their daughter Julie to travel to North Africa. In just three months, Brazilian churches raised the full amount needed for a team of thirteen to go and encourage believers in the persecuted church.
While visiting a cemetery there, 14-year-old Julie was struck by the vastness of the place and the reality of lostness around her. She turned to her mother and said:
“Mom, look at all the headstones. Think about how many of these people never had the chance to hear about Jesus their whole lives, and then died without knowing Him. I believe God wants me to come back here one day and serve.”
What a powerful glimpse into God’s heart working in the next generation!
1 Timothy 2:3–4 (ESV)
“This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior,
who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”
Todd and Erika are both encouraged and challenged by Julie’s willingness to listen and obey God’s call.
3. How Can We Lift You Up? (Family, Team, Ministry)
Please pray for:
•Their children — for godly and lasting friendships. God has begun answering this prayer, but Samuel (12) and Sarah (10) still long for close friends who will strengthen them in faith.
•Seminary leadership — for unity, protection, and strength to withstand the enemy’s attacks.
•Their family — for physical health, spiritual growth, and daily opportunities to share God’s Word with others.
Five Important Points of Interest
1.The Brazilian people are a diverse, Portuguese-speaking group whose culture blends Indigenous, African, and European influences.
2.They are found primarily in Brazil, but also across the Americas, Europe, and beyond through migration and diaspora communities.
3.Christianity is the dominant religion — especially Roman Catholicism and Evangelical Protestantism — though secularism and syncretism are rising.
4.Brazil has one of the world’s largest Christian populations, yet many believers still need deeper discipleship and a biblical understanding of faith.
5.The group is classified as “Significantly Reached”, meaning the gospel is accessible, but there remains a strong need for spiritual maturity and missions engagement.

Three Prayer Requests
•Pray that Brazilians will fully place their trust in Jesus Christ, experiencing genuine spiritual transformation — not just cultural faith.
•Pray for a multiplying disciple-making movement — that Brazilian believers would disciple others who in turn make new disciples.
•Pray that Brazilians will embrace their global role in God’s mission, using their passion, creativity, and global connections to reach other nations for Christ.

Karr
1. Where Are You Now (in Ministry and Life)?
The Karr family is currently in a good season of life and ministry. Life comes in seasons—some filled with trials that feel never-ending, and others that overflow with grace and growth. Right now, they are grateful to be in a season of blessing.
Their children are healthy and doing well, and ministry continues to move forward — slowly but steadily, much like the tortoise and the hare. It’s a steady march of faithfulness, all sustained by God’s grace.
2. Share a God Story
Recently, the Karrs’ church celebrated a very special baptism — that of their daughter Livia. They had prayed for her for a long time, as she had shown indifference to the Gospel and was focused more on her own desires than on serving the Lord. But the Holy Spirit worked in her heart, and she came to profess faith in Christ. Livia was baptized and became a member of the church, a beautiful answer to prayer.
That same day, another young woman from a sister church was baptized as well, making the day even more meaningful.
The church will soon welcome another new member, Francesco Ostinato, a man in his late 30s who works in tourism in Rome. The Karrs are deeply thankful for how God continues to build His church.
With the new school year beginning in September, the Karrs have met several new families from their son Kip’s class. Already, the Lord has opened doors for gospel conversations and new friendships. They are thankful for these opportunities and pray that the seeds being planted will bear fruit.
3. How Can We Lift You Up? (Family, Team, Ministry)
The Karrs are thankful for the many friendships and gospel opportunities God has provided. Please pray that these relationships will produce lasting spiritual fruit — that people will come to know the Lord as Savior.
Ministry in their context is slow and difficult, and the soil can feel very hard. It can be discouraging to invest deeply in people and rarely see visible fruit. Pray that the Lord would save many and that the church would grow through genuine conversions.
Please also pray specifically for Andrea, the husband of Silvia (a church member). Andrea attends church whenever possible and asks many questions, but has not yet made a profession of faith. Pray that the Holy Spirit will draw him to salvation.
Additionally, the church is praying for a new and permanent place of worship. Currently, they rent a space for only two hours on Sundays, but they long for a permanent location that would provide greater visibility and new outreach opportunities. This will require God’s miraculous provision of funds.
Five Important Points of Interest
1.The Italian language is the primary language of this group. In Italy alone, approximately 31.4 million people belong to this group.
2.Around 87% identify as Christian, yet few are active in faith or discipleship.
3.The evangelical Christian presence is small (≤ 2%), and the group is classified as Level 3: Superficially Reached—many profess Christianity but few engage in active disciple-making.
4.Despite widespread Christian identity, less than 1% attend church more than three times per year. Secularism and non-biblical spiritual practices continue to grow.
5.Scripture resources are readily available in Italian, including digital formats such as Bible.is and YouVersion.
Three Prayer Requests
•Pray for a genuine movement of Christ-centered spirituality among Italians — that faith would move from cultural tradition to a life-transforming relationship with Jesus.
•Pray for softened hearts, that people would receive the Gospel personally and deeply in a culture where religious identity is often assumed but not lived out.
•Pray that the Gospel will overcome cultural barriers such as materialism, secularism, and spiritual complacency — empowering Italian believers to share their faith boldly with friends, family, and neighbors.

Woblers
1. Where Are You Currently?
The Woblers are currently on STAS (Stateside Assignment). During this time, their ministry focus includes mobilizing and speaking at churches, as well as investing in family—including homeschooling, where math lessons have become a ministry of their own.
They are serving in Canada, working among Diaspora Arabs through NAME (North Africa & Middle East) outreach. Their ministry involves both community engagement and digital outreach.
In addition to this work:
•They serve as one of the pastors at a local church.
•They partner with NAMB / SEND Network, assisting in training and pastoral assessments for church planters and leaders.
2. Share a God Story
Before leaving the field, a young Muslim high school student began attending their church. Though his parents often forbade him from coming, he continued to show interest in learning about Jesus.
Since returning on STAS, the Woblers have remained in contact with him. He now identifies as a Christian, regularly reads the Bible that was given to him, and continues to watch church services online despite opposition at home.
This story is a powerful reminder that the Gospel continues to bear fruit, even across distance and obstacles.
3. How Can We Lift You Up? (Family, Team, Ministry)
Please pray for:
•Smooth transitions as the Woblers prepare to return in January, especially regarding visa processing and travel logistics.
•Grace for family members who will once again say goodbye — that they would remember the greater purpose behind this calling.
•Reconnection with non-believing friends and opportunities to build new relationships when they return.
•Ongoing discipleship and leadership training among NAME peoples — that emerging leaders will multiply and share Christ within their own communities.
Five Important Points of Interest
1.The Diaspora Arabs in Canada number around 111,000 people.
2.Their primary language is Moroccan Arabic (Arabic, Moroccan).
3.Islam is overwhelmingly their religion; Christian identification is estimated at 0.1–2%, with evangelicals in that same very low range.
4.On the Joshua Project Progress Scale, they are classified as Level 1: Unreached, meaning the gospel presence among them is extremely limited.
5.Although living in a Western context, Diaspora Arabs retain a strong cultural and religious identity rooted in Arab and Islamic heritage. Gospel engagement must therefore be culturally sensitive and relationally grounded.
Three Prayer Requests
•Pray for spiritual hunger and openness among Diaspora Arabs in Canada — that many would move beyond cultural or familial identity to a personal encounter with Jesus Christ.
•Pray for dedicated laborers, both local believers and those from Arab backgrounds, to engage relationally and respectfully in disciple-making ministry.
•Pray for a multiplying movement of Christ-followers among the Diaspora Arab community in Canada — that new believers would make disciples and establish vibrant, Christ-centered communities.

Woodys
1. Where Are You Now?
The Woodwards have been serving in the Himalayas for the past 11 years. Their ministry is among remote and often hard-to-reach communities, where perseverance and faithfulness are essential. God has sustained them through many years of labor in challenging terrain — both geographically and spiritually.
2. Share a God Story
There are countless stories of God’s faithfulness, but one stands out in particular.
For nine years, the Woodwards saw little to no visible fruit among their people group. Yet, they continued faithfully sharing the Gospel and praying for God to move.
Over the past year and a half, they have witnessed an incredible breakthrough — more than 30 people have come to faith in Christ within their people group!
After years of sowing with tears, they are now seeing a harvest of joy, giving all glory to God for this transformation.
3. How Can We Lift You Up? (Family, Team, Ministry)
Please pray for their family:
•That their marriage would mirror Christ’s relationship with the Church.
•That their children would grow in wisdom and knowledge of the truth.
•That they would remain faithful to serve Christ in every situation.
Pray also for their national partners:
•That they would be honest, bold, and encouraged daily through God’s Word.
•That God would give them a long-term vision to reach their own people with the Gospel.
•That they would stand firm and joyful in the face of challenges.
Five Important Points of Interest
1.The Lhomi are a distinct Tibetan-ethnic people group, often referred to as the “Southern People.” They have their own language and culture, though they are sometimes grouped under the broader Tibetan identity.
2.Their homeland is the upper Arun region of the Sankhuwābhāṣā (Sankhuba Sabha) district in Nepal, where they live in remote mountain villages; some have migrated to Kathmandu for work.
3.The Lhomi’s traditional livelihood includes growing millet (for gruel and beer), raising sheep for wool and meat, weaving garments from wild sisal hemp, and supporting families through remittances from city labor.
4.Religiously, the Lhomi are overwhelmingly Buddhist (approx. 97.8%), with a very small Christian presence (around 1.15%).
5.The Joshua Project classifies the Lhomi as an Unreached People Group (Progress Scale Level 1) — meaning there are very few evangelicals and limited church-planting efforts among them.
Three Prayer Requests (from the Lhomi Profile)
•Pray that the Lhomi people will develop a deep spiritual hunger, opening their hearts to the King of kings.
•Pray for loving and faithful workers who will disciple new believers and equip them to disciple others.
•Pray for an unstoppable movement to Christ among all the Lhomi peoples across China, India, and Nepal.

Carpenters
1. Where Are You Now?
The Carpenters serve in Northeastern Italy, faithfully ministering among people who often have a cultural awareness of Christianity but little personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Their work involves building relationships, sharing the gospel, and discipling new believers in a region that is spiritually beautiful yet deeply in need of renewal.
2. Share a God Story
God is at work in Italy.
A friend named Nico didn’t even believe in the existence of God two years ago. Through ongoing conversations, prayer, and the faithful witness of the Carpenters, Nico came to know Christ as Lord and Savior—and this summer, he took the step of believer’s baptism.
Stories like Nico’s are powerful reminders that even in places where faith can feel distant, the Holy Spirit is still transforming lives.
3. How Can We Lift You Up? (Family, Team, Ministry)
Please pray as the Carpenters prepare for evangelism outreach in the larger cities to the north and south of their region. Ask that God would prepare the hearts of those they will encounter and open doors for meaningful gospel conversations.
They also express deep gratitude for those who “hold the ropes”—through prayer, partnership, and visits. Their ministry has seen real fruit, including salvation, because of these faithful connections and the shared commitment to bringing the gospel to Italy.
Five Important Points of Interest
1.The Italian language is the primary language for this group; in Italy alone, about 31.4 million people belong to it.
2.The vast majority identify as Christian (approximately 87%) in Italy.
3.Despite this high percentage, the evangelical Christian presence is very small (≤ 2%), and the group is classified as Level 3: Superficially Reached — many profess Christian identity but few are engaged in true discipleship or active faith.

Belmores
1. Where Are You Now?
The Belmores serve in London, England—one of the world’s most global and influential cities. London’s more than 110 universities and 750,000 students make it a strategic hub for gospel engagement among the next generation. Though the city is rich in culture, opportunity, and history, many students live without hope—spiritually lost, anxious, and far from Christ.
After decades of university ministry in the U.S., Scott and Dana Belmore now serve with the International Mission Board, living in London and working primarily with students at Brunel University in Uxbridge. Their passion is mentoring and discipling university students to know Christ and to live out the gospel in their generation.
Scott also serves as Team Leader for IMB’s Greater London University Engagement (GLUE) Team, partnering with local churches to reach students across the city’s campuses. In addition, he is the Chaplain for the Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Academy at Brunel University—an open door to reach young athletes with the gospel.
2. Share a God Story
During Freshers Week, the outreach that kicks off every university year, the Belmores and their team met hundreds of new students. Through these conversations and gospel engagements, six students have already come to faith this term. Pray as Scott and Dana walk with these students through one-on-one discipleship—that many more would follow.
3. How Can We Lift You Up?
Family:
•Pray for Ruthie, now beginning her first term at William Carey University, as she finds a new church family in Hattiesburg.
•Pray for Scott and Dana as they adjust to empty-nest life and continue to invest deeply in student ministry abroad.
Ministry:
•Pray for wisdom as Scott leads a new university engagement team and balances expanded leadership responsibilities.
•Pray for new financial partners to support the work among London’s universities.
•Ask the Lord to raise up more laborers—Journeymen, ISC workers, and local believers—for this vital ministry field.
Five Important Points of Interest
1.The English-speaking people of the United Kingdom primarily use English as their heart language.
2.Their dominant religion is Christianity, and the Bible is fully available in English.
3.On the Progress Scale, they are categorized as Level 5: Significantly Reached, meaning evangelicals have a strong presence.
4.Despite abundant Christian resources, there is a deep need for spiritual renewal and mission vision among British believers.
5.The profile reminds us that even “reached” people groups still need ongoing disciple-making and church-planting — the mission is not yet finished.

Three Prayer Requests
•Pray for the Holy Spirit to move powerfully in British churches.
•Pray for a renewed mission vision among believers in the U.K.
•Pray for British disciples to make more disciples, multiplying gospel witness across generations.

Sieberhagens
Where Are You Now?
After serving faithfully in Belgium for the past 10 years, the Sieberhagens are now in Texas, preparing for a new season of ministry. Their next step may take them to Canada, where they are exploring opportunities with the IMB in Theological Education.
Their final months in Belgium were marked by both growth and gratitude. As they prepared to leave, they witnessed the Lord raise up new leaders in their church—three men began preaching and leading, a tangible reminder that God continues His work even as they transition.
How Can We Lift You Up?
•Pray for clarity and peace as they seek God’s direction for their next assignment.
•Pray for their children, who may experience three different schools within a year—that each transition would be smooth and grace-filled.
•Pray for their hearts, that any anxiety or uncertainty would be replaced with confidence in God’s leading and presence.
•Ask that they would remain attentive to His voice and rest in the assurance that they are in His hands.

Where Are You Now?
The Bains currently serve in the Middle East, where they focus on equipping and supporting other workers who are engaging unreached peoples across the region. Their ministry emphasizes coming alongside local and international partners to strengthen gospel impact and sustain long-term witness.
They look forward to seeing everyone at the Harvest Meal in November, where they’ll share more about what God is doing in their part of the world.
How Can We Lift You Up?
•Travel and transition as they return to the States this month for a time of rest, reporting, and reconnection.
•For their children to continue growing in the grace and knowledge of Jesus.
•For their marriage to remain a testimony of the Good News they proclaim.
Five Key Points of Interest
1.This group is part of the larger Levant Arab cluster—Arabic-speaking peoples from the region connecting the eastern Mediterranean and the Arabian interior.
2.Their primary language is Levantine Arabic, and the majority practice Sunni Islam.
3.The evangelical presence is extremely small (for example, around 0.3% in some countries), marking them as an unreached or least-reached group.
4.While Scripture portions exist, full Bible access in their local dialect is limited; culturally relevant resources remain a significant need.
5.Strong social, cultural, and religious pressures—including fear of dishonor or loss within family and community—pose major barriers to gospel openness.
Three Prayer Requests
•Pray for spiritual hunger and openness among Levant-Arab Muslims, that they would turn from reliance on works and discover the transforming grace of Jesus.
•Pray for disciple-makers and movements to arise—Arab believers equipped and empowered to reach their own families and communities.
•Pray for gospel access and understanding, through culturally and linguistically relevant Scripture, media, and witness, even in places where the message of Christ is resisted or restricted.
